By using FocusCall you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
FocusCall places automated phone-call reminders for tasks you schedule. Calls are delivered on a best-effort basis and depend on carrier and network availability; we do not guarantee that any specific call will connect or arrive at an exact time.
FocusCall is a productivity and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Do not rely on FocusCall for time-critical health, safety, or emergency reminders.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FocusCall.
Your account is created when you sign in with Google or Apple. FocusCall does not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping your Google or Apple account secure and for providing a phone number you own and are authorized to receive automated calls on. Do not use the service to call third parties without their consent. You consent to automated reminder calls at registration and may withdraw that consent at any time — press 0 during any call, revoke in Settings, or delete your account. Deleting your account is total: within 30 days we erase your reminders, call logs, and consent record.
You may not reverse-engineer, abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, or use it to violate any law including telephone-consumer-protection rules.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or other users.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed task, deadline, or reminder. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia (the place of residence of FocusCall's developer), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country or state of residence, or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where such law requires it.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
